​Responsibilities for Mason Project Manager

Passcon Inc, an Indianapolis-based masonry company, is looking for a full-time Mason Project Manager.  Must have a strong understanding of commercial masonry experience to join our team. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects at once and have a robust understanding of the managerial aspects of masonry project management and the technical components of masonry construction.

Responsibilities for Mason Project Manager:

• Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for masonry construction projects.
• Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, including materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Team Coordination: Overseeing teams of masons, laborers, and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding how to read and interpret blueprints. Masonry construction techniques, materials, and standards are welcomed.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that masonry work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Coordinating with the masons to enforce safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
• Internal & External Client Communication: Keeping a small team around 5 informed about updates on client project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the construction process.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, including project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
• Project Completion: Overseeing project completion by working with the masons in final inspections and client sign-off.

Must have at least 3 years of project management experience in the masonry industry
General knowledge of masonry project management and the managerial and technical aspects of masonry construction

College Degree Preferred
Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license

• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English), preferred but not necessary
• OSHA training.

Travel Requirements:
70% spent in office with remaining 30% time spent traveling on-site to various project locations around Greater Indianapolis area.

Compensation/Employee Benefits:

• $75-$110K​ Base Salary (dependent on relevant working experience/skills).
